Delivery, Refunds and Errors

Online Orders

 

Once an order is placed online, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately and have your order number ready.

 

Refunds

 

We understand that things come up and you may decide you no longer want your order. If your order is cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund for your order, as long as it is not a custom order and we have not purchased any items specifically for your order.

 

Delivery

 

Orders are delivered only within Lagos at the moment. Deliveries are offered from Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries can be accommodated but they need to be booked in advance. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order. Contact us with any special requests at hello@mogeemagic.com.

 

Packaging Error

 

If we send the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will make arrangements to correct the error at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Pick Up

Our pick-up option is available from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5:00pm, and on Saturdays from 8am – 4:30pm at our store. We also accommodate after-hours pickups, please let us know when you are making your booking.
