We totally understand, however, we prioritize safety, security and confidentiality of your payment details. We use Paystack as our online payment platform on the website, and there is also an option to do a bank transfer, so you won’t have to use your card details to pay for your order.

Of course! The best and fastest way to place an order is through our online ordering system. It is very easy. Click ‘SHOP’ from the home page and this takes you to our menu. Make your selection and proceed to checkout. However, you can also contact us via email or phone call, and we would be happy to assist you with placing an order.

Because we receive a large volume of pick-up orders each day, we request that all call-ahead orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before. When circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day pre-order requests, but in any event, you may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of items as a walk-in customer. Please note that some of your favorites may not be available, so it’s best to book ahead.

At the moment, we operate an Online bakery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to walk in to pick up treats as our products are based solely on orders that have been placed.

We are however located at Rayman Adeboyejo Street, 2nd Roundabout, Lekki, Lagos for pickups. If you would like to discuss special order requirements, you can send us an email, or give us a call to book an appointment.

For all pick-up and delivery orders, we kindly request payment in advance. Our delivery is contracted to a delivery company, and they do not accept any payment.

We offer delivery to most regions in Lagos. Some items can be shipped to other states. Once at check out, it would show you the various delivery locations and prices. Please note that we deliver cakes and cupcakes with a car, however, almost all other treats are delivered via bike.

The delivery company we use pick up from Mogee Magic at 10am. Unfortunately, they are unable to guarantee a delivery time but will deliver to you as soon as possible between 10am and 6pm. If you would like to receive your order earlier, your treats would be prepared the day before pick up and the delivery company can pick up your order by 7am and get it to you as soon as possible. Please note that the only way to guarantee an exact delivery time is if you pick up yourself.

We recommend that you store your treats at room temperature. If you will be consuming them more than 24 hours after purchase, you can freeze them (refrigeration is not recommended as it dries out baked goods) and they are good for up to 1 month after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before consuming. For cakes and cupcakes, kindly keep refrigerated.

All orders should be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance. If your product has not been prepared, or purchases haven’t been made, a full refund may not be possible.

Yes! To inquire about booking a private (social or corporate) event at Mogee Magic, please email hello@mogeemagic.com with information on the desired date of your event as well as the number of guests.
